In the latest episode of "Real Housewives of Real Life Struggles," Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave shared an update that's got her fans and friends rallying. The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star announced on Instagram that she’s been diagnosed with yet another melanoma, setting the stage for another surgery and more heartfelt Instagram posts.

"Lots of DMs asking about my recent skin check,” Teddi began, like a true influencer. “I got the results back at the beginning of this week and have been just trying to grin and fake it since the call because I was at an important horse show with [her daughter] Slate. I do in fact have another melanoma which means another surgery.” Because nothing says "supportive mom" like smiling through bad news at a horse show.

Preparing for “more hard conversations” with her children—Slate, Cruz, Dove, and stepdaughter Isabella—Teddi shared that the diagnosis has left her “feeling really sad.” But, she’s putting on her bravest face, even though she's secretly wishing she could just binge-watch reality TV in peace.

“I know I will be okay in the end – we caught this one within 90 days and earlier stages and for that, I am very grateful,” she continued, sounding like a motivational Instagram quote. “I am grateful to the incredible physicians, nurses, my family, horses, friends, and work but am also trying to be gentle with myself and say it’s okay to have feelings and be afraid.” Teddi's first melanoma diagnosis came courtesy of her keen-eyed friend Kyle Richards, who noticed suspicious spots on her back during a run. Yes, even reality stars have friends who casually diagnose them mid-jog.

Since then, Teddi has become a walking billboard for skin cancer awareness, urging everyone to get their skin checked regularly. With over a dozen cancerous growths removed, she’s practically a professional patient at this point.

“Tomorrow will be better and if it’s not I will keep fighting until it is,” Teddi wrote, channeling her inner Rocky Balboa. “If you are going through something and feel sad, scared, or alone – I feel you and we will fight through these unknowns together. Sending [heart emojis] to you all and please book your skin checks.”

So, while Teddi gears up for another round in the melanoma boxing ring, she’s not just a reality star—she’s a fighter, a warrior, and a relentless advocate for skin health. And remember, folks: book those skin checks, because even Housewives need a little help sometimes.
