Khloé Kardashian might be three years younger than her sister, Kim Kardashian, but health-wise, she's even younger.
On the season five finale of Hulu's "The Kardashians", the sisters took a blood test to compare their biological ages to their actual ages. Khloé's biological age was revealed to be over a decade younger than her calendar age of 40. According to genomics doctor Dr. Matthew Dawson, Khloé's "pace of aging is .72," making her biological age that of a 28-year-old.
Biological age tests, or epigenetic clock tests, are based on DNA methylation, where chemical tags called methyl groups latch onto our DNA as we age, providing an indicator of biological age.
In comparison, Kim, 40, was determined to have a biological age of 34, just nine years younger.
"This is exciting news for you," Dr. Dawson told Khloé. "There's a global competition on self-rejuvenation. And right now, you would be No. 7 in the world."
In a confessional, Khloé joked that Kim was "livid" and "pissed," which Kim confirmed in her own confessional.
"The world needs to know that me—the fat one—is now better than the best one," Khloé said. "She was always like, 'I'm the princess,' or whatever her tagline was. And my tagline on "Keeping Up [With the Kardashians]" was, 'I'm the fat, funny sister.'"
Khloé's result might be Kim's karma for equating her to the morbidly obese character Charlie, played by Brendan Fraser, in the 2022 film "The Whale".
